It does not cover third-party services with their own privacy policies (for example, music platforms or sign-in providers you connect separately).

• Community content you create (such as ratings, reviews, lists, fan notes, follows, and comments).
• Technical and session data needed to run the service (for example app version, device/app identifiers, and authentication/session tokens).
• Notification token data if you opt in to push notifications.
• If you use song recognition, a short audio sample is processed temporarily to identify the song. We do not use that sample to identify you personally.

4. Public Content And Anonymous Posts

Content you post to public community surfaces may be visible to other users.

If you choose to post a review anonymously, Melify shows it as anonymous to other users. We may still process associated account data internally to operate, secure, and moderate the service.

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us run Melify (for example hosting, analytics, notifications, recognition, authentication, and support tooling).

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect users and the service.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention periods vary by data type, and some records may remain in backups for a limited period.

• You can choose whether to enable push notifications at device level.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.

Melify is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.
